Flavoured green tea
Flavoured green teas are an excellent choice for fans of a healthy lifestyle and lovers of various combinations.
Flavouring classic green tea is done by adding freeze-dried fruits, dried herbs or spices. Less often we use natural flavourings as well. The delicate blending of individual ingredients results in drinks with an incredible range of flavours and aromas. Choose from domestic and exotic fruit ingredients, zesty oriental spices or delicate herbs.
These delicacies are based on high-quality green teas from selected plantations of the world. Thanks to this, and the carefully preserved quality ingredients, they bring a wide range of health benefits.
Where does the aroma come from?
The most traditional way to scent tea is to add closed fragrant flowers to the fresh leaves. This is how jasmine buds have been and are still used - they are spread over the tea and allowed to unfurl. The process is repeated several times until the tea leaves absorb the necessary amount of fragrance.
Jasmine teas are typical for Asia, in India they add ginger to it, and in Russia, it is served with nutmeg or cloves. Synthetic flavourings can also be used for flavouring, which can cause health complications if consumed over a long time. Quality teas are flavoured with dried herbs, fruits, spices or natural essential oils.
These are more expensive but do not cause any health issues and do not acidify the body. On the other hand, they carry natural healing substances. The oils are used for what is known as spraying - tea leaves are enclosed in large drums in which an aromatic aerosol is sprayed. Another great feature of 100% natural aroma is that a few drops are enough to scent a large amount of tea.
