Flavoured Pu Erh
Flavoured Pu Erh brings a whole new experience and effects to your drinking regime. Its typical and, for many tea drinkers, a strange earthy taste is complemented by fresh fruit notes, peppery spices and the subtlety of herbs. In some cases, we jewel these loose teas with a few drops of natural flavouring. It makes the resulting composition harmonious, and the taste and aroma last longer.
Pu Erh can be sipped all day long, both hot and iced. Do not be afraid to prepare the popular iced tea from it. You will get an excellent partner for the exhausting hot days at the office, after sports and on vacation.
Pu Erh needs boiling water
Preparation Pu Erh tea is not different from black tea. It is essential to pour water at 100 ⁰C over the tea leaves. If possible, use water from a proven spring or bottled still water. The high temperature will ensure that all the important substances will appear in the infusion. Steep the leaves for 3-5 minutes at a ratio of one teaspoon per cup.
Pu Erhs are multi-flavoured. Keep this in mind, and test how the tea changes in flavour and aroma as the number of pours increases.
