Matcha is a phenomenon with a long history. The delicate green powder, which abounds in a wealth of health-giving substances, is used today not only as a usual raw material for the preparation of many beverages. It is also added to desserts, ice creams or drinks containing alcohol. Lovers of mysterious flavours will be captured by its umami! Antioxidant enthusiasts will be captivated by its density.
