Brew & Taste

Healthy Lymph has the signature refreshing and astringent properties of green tea. Their flavor is complemented by mint and the overall composition is crowned with notes of oranges and lemons. The tea smells very pleasant, herbal and fruity, and its infusion has a light amber color.

Origins

It's simple – all the ingredients that make up Healthy Lymph organic green tea are sourced from European suppliers. They have been grown organically and harvested, processed and transported under very strict conditions. As a result, they are free from residues of harmful substances and you can be sure that they will bring your body only vitamins, minerals and trace elements in their purest form. Straight from nature.

Hundreds of green tea studies have confirmed that it can support your health. Just to name a few: green tea is extremely rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Green teas are harvested from Chinese tea bushes (Camellia sinensis), which are grown mainly in China, Japan and India, but also in Vietnam, Indonesia, South Africa, Ceylon and Georgia. The history of tea dates back perhaps 2,000 years BC, which means that today we can encounter thousands of types and varieties. Green tea is one of the most common and also the most popular. Its leaves were left to wilt briefly after plucking, then usually rolled or otherwise shaped and dried. Green tea is the most popular drink in the world right after water.

Lemon is considered a powerful "cleanser". It's there wherever we need to get rid of a cold, a flu or even a bad mood. So we've added organic lemon oil to our Healthy Lymph organic tea. In addition to ascorbic acid and citric acid, lemons contain provitamin A, vitamin B and also potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. These all contribute to the internal balance and naturally benefit the proper function of the lymphatic system. Lemons are harvested from lemon trees (Citrus limon), which grow mainly in the subtropics.

And finally mint – this is also an important component of this tea. Its beneficial effects are described in old folk healing books and in current research. Mint contains mainly menthol and menthone, which are essential oils with beneficial effects on the human body. Mint grows in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. In short, almost everywhere except the tropics.
