This tea has a light-yellow color and gives off a pleasant herbal fragrance accompanied by spicy and sweet notes. It tastes like freshly juiced limes topped with cinnamon and a hint of coconut and pineapple.
Origins
Cassia cinnamon is grown in China, Vietnam and India. It’s the aromatic bark of cinnamon trees – a species of evergreen tropical tree. When dried, it forms the signature thin coils that are grated or ground and added into dishes or teas. Ginger is also native to Asia. However, its fragrant roots have gone famous all over the world. They’re known for their pleasant spiciness.
Lemon grass is a perennial Asian herb that forms massive clumps. It smells just like lemons, which makes it popular in both cosmetics and food processing. Coconut and pineapple are tropical fruits, and cardamom is another tropical plant. Cloves are mainly grown in France.
