Teapot TEA CONTROL™ 800ml
A stylish teapot that makes brewing your tea simply magical! The lid conceals a tiny spell – a smart mechanism that controls the infusion process. One twist to slow the extraction and it’s ready to serve. And once you’re done? Twist the lid back and brew a fresh batch!
A borosilicate glass teapot to make your teatime into a moment of peace. The trademarked mechanism inside the lid allows you to seamlessly control the extraction process – twisting the lid separates the tea leaves from water and stops the steeping. Once you’re ready for a second infusion, simply twist the lid back and pour in fresh hot water. Ideal for multi-infusion teas as well as practical serving purposes that don’t require you to remove the strainer.

Instructions manual (available for download HERE):
- Place the pot on a dry, non-slip surface. Add an adequate amount of tea into the filter and insert the filter (without the lid) inside the pot. The notch on the filter must always face the handle of the pot.
- Using the open side of the filter, pour in hot water.
- Immediately put on the lid. Once it slides into the filter, turn it a few millimeters clockwise. The lid is only adjustable if it is placed correctly. Before turning, ensure it is secured.
- Steep the tea according to the instructions.
- Firmly grip the handle. Turn the lid into the non-perforated part of the filter to stop further steeping.
- Serve and enjoy your tea without the need to remove strainers or filters.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Move the lid to the default position and remove it from the filter. Remove the filter, turn it upside down, and carefully discard used tea. Rinse the filter using clean water. Optionally, clean both the filter and pot using a dishwasher to remove all tea residue. If the filter starts to develop color, you may clean it using rubbing alcohol or malic acid.
Safety Warning
The teapot is made of heat-resistant glass and is dishwasher safe. All materials are flavorless and odorless as well as ideal for use in dishwashers, on stoves, or on hotplates. Before re-heating, always remove the entire filter (including the lid). Always heat up the glass pot using even heat. Do not attempt to heat up an empty pot. Always heat it up slowly and never place it on an already hot surface. Avoid sudden drops in temperature and never place the hot teapot on cold or wet surfaces. When using a hotplate or regular/gas stove, only heat up liquids. Ensure the heat source is not smaller than the bottom of the pot. When using a gas stove, using a flame spreader is recommended. Do not use to freeze liquids. The teapot can be maintained using a dishwasher or regular dish soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and steel sponges. Sharp or coarse tools may damage the glass surface. Steel cutlery may scratch or chip off parts of the glass, resulting in the teapot bursting. Never use a damaged teapot. Damage influences the heat-resistance of the glass and risks injury to user. When in use, keep children in safe distance. Hot water poses risk for both children and adults.
