Ingredients

Nutcracker tea shines with a light pink color and has a sweet and pleasant flavor. The first sip offers the impression of pears accompanied by cranberries. Cinnamon unifies the taste while almonds give each spoonful a nice aroma. And hibiscus? It’s lurking in the background, not really noticeable in the taste, simply giving the infusion a nice color. The overall experience is very mild and smooth, so it’s irresistible even if you don’t like hibiscus in teas.
Origins
Apples are right at home in fruit teas, and for good reason. Dried apples give tea a pleasant sweetness and a full fruity flavor. They’re a reliable foundation on which other ingredients develop beautifully, creating balanced and delicious drinks.
Cranberries have a reputation for being small but mighty.
They’ve been harvested in Nordic countries for centuries and are used not only in cooking. They contain vitamin C and proanthocyanidins, which give them their characteristic flavor and color.
Raisins lend the tea a fruity juiciness that spreads throughout each sip. Drying grapes makes their flavor more concentrated, so they add depth and new, interesting layers for you to discover.
Elderberries have been known and used in Europe for centuries. In Scandinavia, elderberries are considered a valuable gift of nature and are traditionally used to make tea, especially in colder weather. Cinnamon, on the other hand, refreshes the body and contributes to normal digestion and stomach function. In Ayurveda, it’s referred to as a warm spice, because it warms the body beautifully after drinking.
Orange peel is full of vitamin C and essential oils, which give the tea a fresh citrusy touch. Plums work to add some fiber to this already healthy blend, and hibiscus is responsible for its beautiful pink color. Finally, almonds round off this fruity composition in the gentlest way possible: they’re also a source of vitamin E, magnesium, and healthy fats.
Nutcracker may not save you from the daily chaos of the festive season, but it will warm you up and offer you a pleasant, relaxing moment.

Instructions for preparation
- Pour 150-200ml of boiling water (100°C) per 1 teaspoon of tea.
- When brewing in a teapot add 1 extra teaspoon.
- Covered, let steep for 8-10 minutes, then remove the strainer.
