Juicy Peach Fruit Tea - Cold Brew 15-Min has a light pink to orange infusion. It smells of peaches and exotic fruits, and you can also easily recognize the popular fruits in the taste. Peaches are the main line, followed by oranges and apples.
Origins
The name "cold brew" is not in the description of this tea by chance. You really do make it by simply pouring cold water over it. Unlike coffee of the same name, you do not have to mix it for hours. Fifteen minutes will do. The advantage of tea prepared this way is the low bitter content - the infused fruits and herbs give off maximum fresh and sweet notes. See for yourself.
The peaches in this tea are the fruits of the peach tree (Prunus persica), a fruit tree native to China. From there, the peach tree spread through Persia (now Iran) to Rome and all corners of Europe. Today, peaches are grown in many countries, including Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, the USA and China.
A peach tree is a smaller deciduous tree or shrub. It reaches a height of 5-6 metres, has a spherical crown, lance-shaped leaves and blooms pink flowers in spring. The fruit is a drupe with an edible skin, which can be felted or smooth, and sweet, juicy flesh. Peaches are rich in vitamins and minerals. They contain potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamins C, A1, E, B1, B2 and B9. These substances make peaches not only tasty but also beneficial.
Peaches are usually eaten fresh but can also be made into compotes, jams, juices, ice creams and various desserts. They are also popular as an ingredient in salads or an accompaniment to main dishes.
The natural sweetness of Juicy Peach - Cold Brew 15-Min tea is provided by Stevia rebaudiana, a plant native to South America, specifically Paraguay and Brazil. It was originally used by the Guaraní people, who sprinkled its leaves in their maté tea.
Candyleaf is an evergreen perennial plant, growing up to 75 centimetres tall, with small green leaves and white flowers. It is best known for containing glycosides such as stevioside and rebaudioside, which are many times sweeter than sugar but have almost no calories. That makes it an ideal sweetener for diabetics and people watching their calorie intake.
Commercial use of candyleaf began in the 20th century when the Japanese company Morita Kagaku Kogyo explored its use as a sugar substitute in the food industry. Candyleaf is suitable for hot beverages, baking or making jams. Its sweetener components are thermostable, meaning they do not break down even at higher temperatures.
You can prepare Juicy Peach - Cold Brew 15-Min in two ways:
Hot Brew
1. Pour on boiling water at 100 °C in the ratio of 1.5-2 teaspoons per 200-250 ml. Steep for 5 minutes (with the cup covered), then strain.
Cold Brew
1. Pour on water at 15-20°C in the ratio of 2-2.5 teaspoons per 200-250 ml. Steep for 15 minutes (with the cup covered), then strain.

Instructions for preparation
