Ingredients
100 % Black tea GOLDEN YUNNAN SUPERIOR BIOBrew & Taste
Organic Golden Yunnan superior has a dark infusion and an aromatic, even spicy taste. Those distinguish it from other black teas. In addition to that, the tea is smooth and simply delicious. It will be enjoyed by both tea specialists and common consumers.
Origins
China's Yunnan province lies on the border with Vietnam. The mild climate, an altitude of around 1,500m and the unique care of the tea gardens create ideal conditions for making the finest tea varieties in the world.
Golden Yunnan Superior is proof of this. The tea bushes have not come into contact with industrially produced fertilizers and other chemicals. The leaves are therefore free of heavy metals and their residues. The tea is pure and organic.
Organic Golden Yunnan Superior is harvested in autumn when the tea leaves have the greatest strength. They are picked exclusively by hand and transported in large baskets to the processing factory. There they are spread out on grates and left to wilt. Then they are rolled and therefore release the cell juice, which triggers the oxidation of the enzymes.
The natural chemical reaction under high humidity and temperature is strictly monitored. It determines the quality of the tea.
Finally, the tea is dried, sorted out, packed and exported. The resulting tea has a beautiful texture – long, dark, twisted leaves lighten the yellow leaf buds. Golden Yunnan can also be found on the market as ''Dian Hong''.
