Ingredients
Green Rooibos, 13 % Elderberry, Tulsi herb, Cinnamon, 6 % Ginger chunks, 6 % Black Elderberry flower, Cardamom, Natural aroma, Ground pepper, Mallow flowersBrew & Taste
The infusion of this tea is light orange. The aroma can be described as very harmonious, natural and pure, with a trace of ginger. After tasting, we can identify the kick of juicy elderberries, spicy ginger, cinnamon and sweet rooibos.
Origins
Except for the rooibos, we bought all of our ingredients in one place. Our European supplier of herbs, spices and fruits ensures the highest quality and pays the utmost attention to their processing, storage and trasnsport. They only offer organic produce, so we can be sure that our teas are free of heavy metals and other harmful substances. We choose the aroma in a similar way – we care about its purely natural origin. This is the only way we can guarantee that it won't cause high stomach acidity, heartburn or stomach irritation.
For our green rooibos, we ventured to the Cederberg in South Africa. Cape tea bushes grow there endemically, strictly in the wild. Its whole twigs and needle-like leaves are harvested. Farmers there use them to make either fermented or green "tea".

Instructions for preparation
Pour 150-200ml of boiled water (100°C) per 1 teaspoon of tea.
When brewing in a teapot add 1 extra teaspoon.
Covered, let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the strainer.
