Dream Body – Organic Wellness Tea
The precursor of folk herbs, nettle, shows off its abilities in this tea. Its all-powerful leaves can ward off a range of ailments and help with many an issue. Central Europeans routinely add this herb into their teas. In the case of Dream Body, we let nettle work its magic along with spearmint, lemongrass, apples and several spices. Why? To bring back the color in your cheeks, of course!

Dream Body is mild, with a lemony flavor and a touch of mint. Its base is smooth, unobtrusive and herbal-scented. We can also identify cloves, cinnamon and oranges in it. The infusion has a deep yellow color.

Instructions for preparation
Pour 150-200ml of boiled water (100°C) per 1 teaspoon of tea.
When brewing in a teapot add 1 extra teaspoon.
Covered, let steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the strainer.
