Eternal Power is an energy bomb. The combination of earthy, sweet, fresh, peppery and slightly bitter flavors will find fans even among first-time drinkers. The infusion is pale yellow in color and smells faintly smoky and fruity.
Origins
The main ingredient in Yerba Mate Eternal Power is Brazilian Mate Green. It contains 95% leaves and 5% twigs. It is harvested in the rainy season from the trees of the Paraguayan holly (Ilex paraguariensis), whose natural habitat is the banks of streams and forests of South America. The evergreen holly was first cultivated by the Guarani people, from whom the Jesuit missionaries learned. The reason was simple: Yerba Mate contains caffeine, tannins, theophylline, vitamins A, B, C and other health benefits. Thanks to these, it can support immunity, act as an antibacterial agent and give the body mental and physical freshness.
How is yerba maté actually made? The end twigs and leaves are cut by farmers (usually by hand), stuffed into jute bags and left to ferment naturally. They finish the process with a short, sharp heating. Yerba maté is then dried, crushed into smaller pieces and put back into the sacks. It matures there for several months.
Such other ingredients of this tea are worth noting. Horsetail, which can be found in the temperate climates of the northern hemisphere, mainly brings silicic acid, saponins, equisetonin and other health-enhancing substances to it. Phytotherapy uses its effects to fight off bacterial and fungal problems, fine-tune kidney function, and improve skin, nails, and hair.
Let's finish with gunpowder, a green tea whose cultivation, harvesting, and production are all extremely carefully supervized. The leaves of Chinese tea trees are rolled into tiny beads during processing. The smaller, the better the quality of the gunpowder. This tea is very popular in Japan, China, Korea and Taiwan. It contains caffeine, flavonoids and many other health benefits. Regular and long-term consumption can promote cardiovascular health and prolong cell life.
