Madagascar – Black Tea
The untamed nature of Madagascar inspired us to blend a unique tea. Its colors are matched by the exotic wilderness, its aroma evokes the lush foothills of the high mountains, and its taste reflects the faraway tropical sun. Madagascar has the power to take away your worries and give you energy; we've built it around a high-quality Ceylon tea, so it's popular among students, busy dads and active elders.
Ingredients
Black tea, Strawberries, Orange peel, Cornflower, AromaBrew & Taste
Madagascar loose-leaf tea gives a beautiful, dark amber infusion. As soon as you open the bag the vibrant colors catch your eye and the rich fruity aroma envelops you with a hint of citrus. The flavor reveals a very pleasant and strong black tea base with a typical astringency, which is balanced by strawberries and fresh oranges. We recommend trying this tea in the form of iced tea too.
Origins
Ceylon black tea is ranked third in the world production ranking. It is grown on about 180,000 hectares of land in the central and southern parts of the island. The Chinese tea tree (Camellia sinensis) grows from the low altitudes of 600m up to the heights of 1200m. It has a typical full-bodied, honey-sweet or spicy flavor with a natural citrus aroma. Ceylon black teas are used in tea blends and portioned teas. They are extremely popular as breakfast teas, especially in England and Russia.
We have added large pieces of orange peel, strawberries and cornflowers to Madagascar. All the ingredients come from verified EU suppliers who can prove the quality of their goods. The fruit is processed by freeze-drying. It ensures that it remains juicy and fresh on the long run. We always pay great attention to the flavoring, which we sometimes use to match the teas. As a rule, we use natural flavors without synthetic substances that often irritate the stomach.
