Hot Punch – Fruit Tea
That's it! Tea that should be brewing at home when you return from a walk outside or from the feeding trough where you took some hay and carrots. With red cheeks, you sip sweet hot tea and feel blissful. Can you imagine it? Now add the wonderful aroma of apples, cloves, and vanilla. It's snowing outside the windows, and winter is showing itself in all its glory.
Ingredients
Hibiscus flower, Apple chunks, Raisins, Orange peel, Candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar), Rose Hip skin, Elderberry, Natural vanilla aroma, 1 % Almond slices, ClovesBrew & Taste
Hot Punch is the same color your nose will be after frolicking in the snow. The flavor captivates with the sweetness and sourness of raisins, apples, pineapple and hibiscus. The almonds and cloves make the Christmas Punch smell just the way you expect. And the natural vanilla flavoring rounds off the whole festive composition in style.
Origins
We've based the Hot Punch blend on ingredients found in Europe. We buy all our ingredients from a verified supplier who guarantees their organic origin. So we can all be sure that the ingredients are free from any residues of industrial fertilization or chemical treatment.
The fruit you will find in the Hot Punch has been preserved by freeze-drying, which is an expensive but very gentle way to preserve color, flavor and aroma. As an added bonus, the freeze-drying process does not deplete vitamins or other health benefits. At low pressure, the ingredients are frozen to -50 to -80 ⁰C. The water begins to sublimate, and the ice turns directly into gas, which is removed from the freeze-drying machine. This can take several hours to days.
To preserve the flavor and aroma of the Hot Punch, we have also added a few drops of natural vanilla flavoring to the tea, which does not contain any synthetic fragrance carriers.
