Benefits of strawberry
Was it an egg or a chicken before? Is strawberry a fruit or a vegetable? These questions have divided society since time immemorial. And you know what? It does not matter. Even if strawberries were a coniferous tree, people would love them.
There are plenty of types of strawberries. And let us forget about the wild or wild varieties for a moment and focus on the purpose-grown ones. The first references date back to ancient Roman times. Massive cultivation then took place during the Renaissance. The monks played a large part in this. Originally a royal delicacy, it gradually became humanised, and during the 18th century, the pineapple strawberry variety was hybridised and is still grown on a large scale today. The fruit is large and juicy, although the strawberry is not a fruit, as it does not encase the seeds but has them on its surface.
Strawberries are suitable for any occasion. If you want a healthy breakfast - add them to yoghurt or porridge. It is also a tasty snack by itself, or you can make a romantic treat from it - with whipped cream or chocolate, of course. They are delicious compote or preserved as jam or sliced and dried. The latter method is the perfect choice for flavouring, for example, tea blends, where the sweet taste and unique aroma of strawberries always deserve special attention. The only limitation is a possible allergic reaction, but if you know that this does not apply to you, enjoy strawberries without any restrictions.
