The loose-leaf Heavenly Fruit tea gives a light yellow infusion. You will recognize the refreshing grassiness of green tea, but also the sweet notes of exotic fruits.
Make Heavenly Fruit as an iced tea. It is wonderfully refreshing.
Origins
Green tea was given to the world by China, but today it is also produced in many other countries. The evergreen shrub, which originally grew in southern and southeastern China, is now grown in traditional tea gardens as well as in newly established large plantations.
Classic green tea production begins with plucking the leaves of tea plants. Both the young buds and the first 1-2 leaves are harvested. Workers leave the tea to wilt for several hours, then roll or fold it in various ways and dry it. Finally, the tea needs to be sorted and packed. Regular and long-term drinking of green tea is part of the culture in Asian countries. Not only because it brings peace of mind. This is also because of the health benefits attributed to it in local folk medicine. Green tea contains antioxidants, vitamins (B1, B2, niacin, C, E, P) as well as minerals (calcium, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, copper) and caffeine.
Strawberries are well known from gardens and forest groves. The red fragrant fruit is a rich source of vitamin C as well as vitamins A, B, E, in addition to antioxidants. Among the minerals we can mention potassium and zinc. Strawberry plants can be found in Europe, but the largest plantations are located in the USA, Spain, France, Italy, Japan, Poland and Russia.
You will also notice cranberries, a rich source of vitamin C. They grow on creeping bushes called cranberry bushes, ripen in August to September, and are given considerable importance in folk medicine.

Instructions for preparation
Pour 150-200ml of boiled water (80°C) per 1 teaspoon of tea.
When brewing in a teapot add 1 extra teaspoon.
Covered, let steep for 2 minutes, then remove the strainer.
