Ginger-Tangerine – Rooibos
What does a tangerine with a hint of ginger taste like? We were curious, too. And our experiment proved it to be amazing. We used all our experience to mix bits of papaya, ginger, orange zest and rose petals into the best South African rooibos. And voilà – a sweet, peppery tea was born. This honeyed, caffeine-free and a truly healthy tea is now available to you, too.

73 % Rooibos, 11 % Ginger chunks (ginger, sugar), Orange peel, Candied papaya (papaya, sugar), Natural aroma, Rose petals, Orange granulateBrew & Taste
Tea containing rooibos is characterized by a dark amber infusion and an intoxicating honey taste. Rooibos Tangerine-Ginger is no exception. Its taste is further spiced with a pinch of dried ginger, which gives the drink a fresh and peppery taste, and exotic oranges completes the harmony of flavors beautifully. Try this tea with rooibos as an iced tea. Just fill 2/3 of a glass with ice cubes and pour the lukewarm infusion over them. You'll get a delicious and extremely refreshing treat.
Origins
Almost all ingredients in this rooibos come from the EU. Except for one: the South African "red tea". Rooibos is made from the twigs and leaves from the Cape tea bush (Aspalathus linearis), which is found exclusively around Cape Town. Because it is very sensitive to polluted water and soil, it is almost impossible to grow it artificially anywhere else in the world. Tea trees are harvested in autumn by cutting off the twigs and long needle-like leaves. Then they are chopped into smaller pieces on special lines and then farmers pile them into large piles and leave them to ferment. Finally, the rooibos is dried in the fierce African sun. Tangerine-Ginger Rooibos tea has been delicately enhanced with natural flavoring.
It is a pure product containing no synthetic fragrance carriers or heavy metals. There is therefore no need to worry about it causing any damage to health. Naturally flavored teas do not cause acidity, heartburn or stomach irritation.
