Origins
Ceylon black tea is considered one of the best teas in the world. It's grown in Sri Lanka (known as Ceylon until 1972). This island nation in Southeast Asia has both wild highlands and fertile lowlands. The pleasant and humid climate is perfect for growing Chinese tea (Camellia sinensis), there are 190 000 hectares of plantations in Ceylon. They can be found in six main areas. Tea plants in Ceylon are harvested three times a year, and within 24 hours local farmers produce a delicious tea, mainly for European and Asian markets. The tea leaves are picked by hand by women. When they are transported to the factory in large baskets, they wilt and oxidize on large screens. Ceylon tea is specific because of its longer oxidation time and which gives it the characteristic golden brown color, intense aroma and refreshing taste. After oxidation, the tea is rolled, broken, dried and ground. It is packed in 25kg bags.
Energy Booster is infused with spices, and its unique aroma will definitely soothe your senses. All spices are sourced from certified EU suppliers and the natural flavoring is free of any health hazards or artificials, so you don't have to worry about heartburn or stomach irritation.
