Brew & Taste

Stomach Relief tea is extremely mild. It is one of those teas that's light on the stomach and leaves no significant trace of bitterness nor astringency.

Origins

The herbs in this tea come from controlled agriculture in the EU. We bought them from certified suppliers who guarantee their organic origin and 100% natural composition. They were dried with extreme care.

Chamomile can be found almost everywhere – it prefers warm habitats with loamy sandy soil. It grows up to 50cm, and the fragrant flowers are used for pharmaceutical purposes.

Mint loves damp places, and its origins are to be found in America, Australia and New Zealand. It grows up to 1,2m and the most utilized part is its leaves.

The yarrow is widespread throughout Europe and Asia. It grows on drier sandy soils, meadows, and alongside forests. It is a perennial up to 80cm tall with signature, ladder-shaped leaves.

Valerian is a fragrant herb that can grow in multiple varieties. It favors humid, nutrient-rich soil and reaches up to 2m. The properties of its roots have been known since the Middle Ages.

Marigold is a common herb native to Eurasia. The typical yellow-orange flower is collected once it blooms.

The lemon-scented lemon balm is widespread in the Mediterranean, Asia Minor and Central Europe. The leaves or the whole stem are collected.

Organic Honeybush

Honeybush grows on the wild hillsides of the Cape Point. It thrives in the humid sea breeze and regular wildfires. When it sprouts, it carves its way through inhospitable terrain and when it flowers, the intoxicating fragrance is unmistakeable. The only things that can stop it from prospering are chemical fertilizers and air pollution, and that's why we love it. It brings us nature in its purest state, fragile yet untamed.
