Origin of the tea
There are more than enough ingredients in this tea. All sourced from vetted suppliers have been harvested, processed and preserved to the highest standards. Therefore, together, they can form one harmonious whole and bring you joy. Let us say a few sentences about some of them.
Oranges, as we know, are orange, round citrus fruits with a firm rind and sweet and sour flesh. The original home of oranges is Southeast Asia, but today farmers grow them globally, especially in the Mediterranean and subtropics. They are mostly eaten fresh but are also processed into juices, jams or desserts. They contain vitamin C, B vitamins, potassium and fibre.
We are all familiar with cinnamon. It is an aromatic spice with a slightly sweet taste and the ability to warm. Cinnamon originated in Sri Lanka and is now mainly cultivated in Indonesia and Vietnam. It is usually consumed in ground form but is also available as whole cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon is a popular ingredient in many sweet and savoury dishes, drinks and desserts. It contains antioxidants and is rich in minerals such as calcium, iron and manganese. The apple probably needs no description. Round green, red or yellow fruits with a sweet to slightly sour taste are harvested from apple trees almost all over the world.
However, their native habitat is Eurasia and North America. Apples are eaten fresh and can be made into juice, pastries or desserts. They are rich in vitamins C and B, potassium and fibre. A pleasant-smelling herb with small white or pink flowers and leaves that resemble mint must be the lemon balm. Its origins lie in southern Europe and Central Asia. Lemon balm is used to make teas and contains vitamin C, tannins and minerals.
