Origins
With a little exaggeration, we can say that without green tea, China wouldn't be what it is today. The same is true for many other countries. It is known that people have been making a drink from the green leaves of Chinese tea trees for more than 5,000 years. It is also known that despite all the "modern" drinks, green tea still holds the top spot in popularity in the world. And it is well known that it is not only extremely tasty and refreshing, it also contains healthy antioxidants and vitamins. That's why people in Asia, America and Europe indulge in green tea.
Making green tea may seem easy to the layman. But the opposite is true. It requires not only precise adherence to a semi-secret procedure, but also extreme care. The tea leaves for the finest varieties are plucked by hand, early in the morning. Women usually go to the tea gardens and are not allowed to wear perfume or eat aromatic food. Any foreign odors would be absorbed by the leaves. After plucking, the tea is left to wilt, then it is folded or rolled and dried.
Papaya has won the hearts of millions of sweet tooths with its delicious flavor reminiscent of melons and apricots. The hollow, oval fruits, from which the yellow flesh is eaten, grow on plants up to 10m tall. They are not really trees. This is evidenced by the so-called false trunk, which contains no wood. The hollow stem bears a rosette of deciduous palmate leaves with toothed lobes. The fruit itself is rich in the enzyme papain, which has the ability to aid digestion.
A less conspicuous ingredient in Healthy Treat tea is spirulina. It is not a plant, but a freshwater cyanobacteria. It is considered one of the superfoods, and is even added to the diet of American astronauts. Spirulina is valued for its high content of iron, calcium and vitamins A, K and B.
