Origins
All the ingredients in the Good Mood Blend were grown in Europe. The vast majority of them can be found growing in the wild, bet they're still worth a few extra words.
Rosehips are the fruits of a woody shrub of the same name and have been mentioned as early as the 11th century. It is a valuable source of vitamin C. In addition to this, they also contain vitamin A, K, B1, B2 and beneficial flavonoids. Rosehips have very fragrant white, pink to dark purple flowers and spiny twigs. They grow throughout the northern hemisphere.
We've also added some mint. Its extract is used in the production of candy, mouthwash and massage oils.
The black, round berries of the elderbflower shrub were once used to ward off evil forces. In fact, they still are. They contain high levels of vitamin C, A and B. Elderflowers are deciduous, with saw-toothed leaves and signature white blooms. They can be found in temperate and subtropical zones of the southern and northern hemispheres.
The Good Mood Blend also includes sea buckthorn, the so-called "Siberian miracle". The fruits of this deciduous shrub, which is native to China, Mongolia, Nepal and India, are gaining more and more fans. Its yellow-orange, 3-5mm large drupes are also used in kitchen to make jams, syrups, and more...
