Forest Fruit – Fruit Tea
We've prepared a treat worthy of the royal dining table! We mixed a big bowl of sweet raspberries with a plate of juicy blackberries, topped them with a cup of strawberries and finished off with a spoonful of elderberries. We also added apples, hibiscus and rosehips to satisfy any sweet tooths. We love everything the woods can give us. What about you?
Ingredients
Apple, Rose Hip skin, Hibiscus, Chokeberry, Elderberry, Sea buckthorn, Cranberries, Barberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, AromaBrew & Taste
Forest Fruit is an extremely refreshing and fragrant tea. After brewing, the cup releases an aroma of raspberries and strawberries. The infusion is deep red in color. The taste is pleasantly sour thanks to the hibiscus and blackberries and balanced by the sweetness of strawberries and raspberries. The astringency is minimal, leaving a pleasant fruity trace on the palate.
This tea is suitable for drinking at any time of the day and at any time of the year. Try Forest Fruits as an iced tea.
Origins
We always take great care in sourcing the ingredients for our loose teas. In the case of the fruit ones, we buy them from certified suppliers in the EU. Long-standing excellent cooperation and a 100% quality guarantee give us confidence that we are offering our customers only the best.
The fruit is preserved by a rather demanding method of freeze-drying, in which it is first shock-frozen and then dried under low pressure. This is the only way to avoid the formation of ice crystals, which tear the cell structure and make the fruit a shapeless mass. The great advantage of freeze-drying is that it results in only a 10% loss of vitamins while preserving all sensory properties. Our fruit looks, tastes and smells as fresh after brewing.
To enhance the aroma, we have added a drop of natural flavoring to the tea. It retains the natural fruity tone, and unlike synthetic flavors, it does not acidify the body or cause heartburn.
Tea packaging preview
We pack our teas in a strong, zip-lock aluminum packet which allows you to easily re-seal its contents. This container protects the quality of the tea against humidity, light or foreign odors, all of which could noticeably affect the quality of the brew.
