Sleepyhead tea has a pleasant, balanced taste, in which we can clearly recognize chamomile, spearmint, sage and a slight sweetness of blackberry leaves. The composition is herbal and pleasant.

The very specific and increasingly popular spearmint is definitely worth your attention. It is a perennial herb growing up to 1,2m and can be found under the name Moroccan mint. It is mentioned as far back as ancient Egypt. There are myths about it and the sometimes English carry a sprig of spearmint in their wallet. It is said to protect against impulsive spending.
Chamomile is carries similar tradition – it's perhaps the most widely used phytotherapeutic herb in the world. It is said to have reminded the Egyptians of the sun and enjoyed considerable popularity. Chamomile grows all over Europe, is 20-50cm tall and many countries know it under an endearing local nickname.
Another herb worthy of attention is sage. It was used in the Mediterranean and Asia Minor for centuries. Sage measures up to 70cm and has a really wide range of uses, from the kitchen to the cosmetics industry.

Instructions for preparation
Pour 150-200ml of boiled water (100°C) per 1 teaspoon of tea.
When brewing in a teapot add 1 extra teaspoon.
Covered, let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the strainer.
