Origins
The famous Pai Mu Tan white tea brings delicacy and finesse to this loose blend. The unusually large tea leaves and buds are harvested in China's Fujian province. Pai Mu Tan is rightly one of the most exclusive tea varieties in the world. It is as natural as possible – after harvesting, it is only dried in the sun (no rolling, no steaming). Chinese Fog Tea is popular for its sweet taste and fresh aroma. It is produced in the Jiangxi province where it is harvested from high altitude tea gardens. Its counterpart, Lung Ching (Dragon Well tea) is one of the popular classics. Its home is the Zhejiang province with its characteristic flat leaves of lush green color. You will also find black Darjeeling in White Cherry tea. This can only be produced by tea plantations in the Darjeeling region of India. Thanks to natural fermentation, the tea acquires a very dark color and many health benefits.
We purchase cherries, roses and other ingredients from certified suppliers in the EU. Their goods are subject to strict controls not only for heavy metal content and other foreign substances, but also for processing, storage and transport.
We select our aroma suppliers with the same care. We always choose only natural aromas, because they do not cause heartburn, do not acidify the body and do not contain any synthetic chemicals.
